I bet it’s the first thing you ask yourself before planning for a trip- where? Based on my experiences, I would recommend traveling to Kenya in the summer. The East African Country is packed with all the adventure one would want to seek on a trip. From beautiful beaches to wildlife and national parks, the country provides travelers with sights and experiences to leave one in awe. I will give you several reasons as to why you should visit Kenya: Developed infrastructure One enabling factor that would make it easy for anyone to settle on Kenya as the preferred holiday destination is the infrastructure. The major cities where all the adventure is are Nairobi (the capital) and Mombasa (the major coastal city). The railway transport connecting the capital and…

For some reason, I always find myself including the phrase ‘I love traveling’ in my introduction. As a person who travels a lot for both business and leisure, I guess the phrase would rightfully fit a description of me. Initially, I used to plan business and leisure trips separately, but in recent years I have discovered I can combine the two quite well. Business takes you where you have to go; leisure takes you where you want to go. I discovered, however, that most of my business trips often end up with a day wasted. I arrive in most destinations a day or two before business commences or leave a day after its closure. This is why I decided to make one-day leisure trips to pad the free hours of my business trips. I have done it in several cities now and enjoyed it immensely. However, I have also learned…

If you are into motor racing, why not visit one of the circuit’s locations, combining watching the Grand Prix in person with perhaps a holiday? Monaco Monaco is considered by many as the playground of the very rich. This is partly due to the principality having scrapped income tax in 1869, making it to this day, a tax haven. Also, Monaco is known for the luxurious lifestyle that its occupants enjoy. The other tax rates for companies and individuals are low, too. The revenue from the sale of luxurious goods and services, in the main, funds the principality. The first motor racing Grand Prix was held there on 14 April 1929. In 1950, the Monaco Grand Prix was included in the first World Championships of Drivers. It was twice bestowed the honor of being the European Grand Prix in 1955 and 1963, a designation given to one Grand Prix race…

Traveling the world can offer us Art, Culture, and Music. For instance, there are few pubs that you could visit in Ireland where you would not be greeted with and entertained by music, as you enjoyed the culinary delights of their Irish Stew and sampled a pint of Guinness. Moving further afield, we shall explore 3 destinations that can only bring goosebumps to the arm of the guitarist, or play merry mayhem with the restless fingers of the keyboard player. Graceland In Memphis, Tennessee, is Graceland, the former home of one of the world’s greatest musicians ever – Elvis Presley. It is now a tourist attraction and a “must-see” attraction for any musician who has been inspired by this great artist. The mansion was bought by Elvis in 1957 for $100,000 and he lived there until his death in 1977. The rooms that can be viewed at Graceland include the…

There are over 400 amusement parks in the world. Each one offering a fun and varied experience for its visitors. It would seem a fascinating journey to consider the different sizes of theme park together with the sizes of their roller coasters, then not forgetting the scariest of their rides. Last year, I decided to visit Texas after a friend told me that they liked it there. The state, which is the second-largest one in the United States, is jam-packed with unique places that offer limitless fun and adventure. I had many options to consider, ranging from historical museums, lovely cities, beautiful parks, and classic restaurants to magnificent beaches and mountains. Below are some of the incredible locations I visited, and given another chance, I would explore them again! Big Bend National Park I found this scenic park in West Texas at the U.S. – Mexico border. I’m a hiking enthusiast, and being here felt like heaven. There were over 150 miles of hiking trails for me…
